Jesse and Joy
(EastWest Records)

It would seem there is no better time for Mexican brother and Sister Jesse & Joy to release their UK debut album. The pairs blend of Americana and Latin-folk has already helped them become an established act in the US for over a decade with a string of Grammy’s and Number One hits to their name.

Jesse and Joy showcases Jesse’s strong musical talent along with Joy’s beautiful vocals on 12 tracks making up this the pairs first dual-language album including the airplay hit Helpless and an English and Mexican version of the song Run (which translates as Corre! ).

Anyone who loves roots based music from acts such as The Shires and Ward Thomas will certainly enjoy this fine release.
