New Venture Players Bring Spamalot To Dolman Stage

The New Venture Players will be presenting Monty Python's Spamalot for four nights at Newport’s Dolman Theatre next week.

A musical comedy adapted from the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spamalot is a highly irreverent parody of the Arthurian Legend. The fun musical features accompaniment from a full orchestra includes such songs as Always look on the bright side of life, and The song that goes like this.

Spamalot Director, Gordon Collins is keen to highlight the shows fun element, saying 'it's silly, it’s hilarious,’ and one of those shows you can just sit and watch and let it all wash over you without having to think too much'.

Spamalot runs at The Dolman Theatre from September 28 until October 1. Visit dolmantheatre.co.uk for ticket information or call box office on 01633 263670
